Shameless Website Promotion

    Ok, here's the deal, I'm not afraid to plug my site.  I have been known to drop www.thagierk.com at parties and picnics.   I bust my ass to come up with new ideas to talk about, so why shouldn't I get some feedback.  I have www.thagierk.com on my ice chest cooler so when I'm not around and someone is grabbing a beer they see it.  The mere fact that I'm shameless makes me even more prouder.  I even have my friends doing it for me.  The other month when we went on a canoe trip down the Russian river.  A guy in our group went for a beer and when he looked down at the ice chest he said "What the hell is www.thagierk.com ?" 

    And long time friend Mr. Law came back with "Gierk, is doing another one of his shameless plugs for his website."  Way to go Mr. Law!!!  My friends, that is what they call  WORD OF MOUTH Advertising.  You may think that it's not, but I say it is.  Remember this is www.thagierk.com where I'm always right, even when I'm wrong.  Word of Mouth doesn't need to be good or bad or anything in between.  Only thing that it needs, is to be said or talked about.  You see even though Mr. Law may have been condescending to me, he made it sound like I was some sort of Media Whore.  EXCELLENT.  Because just maybe the guy grabbing for his beer might go back from where he came and look up my site.  The odds don't look good of course, www.thagierk.com, but remember if you don't make it happen, it never will.  Long Live the Shameless independent website looking for some attention.
