Downloaded 3 videos of the 11/04 Pacers Pistons Game/Brawl.  I don't watch a lot of sports because in this day in age I don't cheer for colors.  The day of team dynasties are long gone.  Some blame the players others blame the owners, but in the end both sides are looking at the bottom line and saying ME.  As a owner, you don't want to pay the high salary of a rookie who has yet to prove himself.  As a player you feel you should get as much cash that will fit into your pocket.  If you happen to be a great player then you want the biggest chunk of change that you can get, and if your a free agent, then fuck those who won't dilly up.  Owners cry about how they can't make a profit.  STOP!!!

PROFIT?  Sure they are making a profit.  What type of owner sticks around losing money?  They stay because they love the game?  Sure I believe that...........my ASS.  They stay because money is still to be made.  Those greedy whores lie to us all.  The average sports fan who attends games makes between 40-60 thousand a year.  A owner of a team is making a whole lot more than that.  They love to tell us sheeple that they are not, but trust me they are.  Those money hungry fucks, used to eat the whole loaf of bread to their heads leaving the end pieces to the players.  Then crap went down and players who used to be slaves to the owners stood up and said "It's my job, it's my body, I want to get paid!  If you won't pay me I'll go to someone else who will."

Anyone who has ever studied the history of entertainment knows this is nothing new.  Studios used to rape actors and actresses all the freaking time.  One example is the Three Stooges who died penniless, and yet the the studio made hundreds of millions off them.  The Stooges would make a film, get paid for it and then go onto the next one.  Back then you were under contract for so many films for a studio.  Something like 10-15 films per contract.  And because studios exec are pretty savvy, anything you did was theirs.  Which meant that even though the Three Stooges contract ran out, they couldn't take their act with them because the studio they worked for owned the rights.  So even though they were making millions for the studio, they were getting paid almost no part of that.  If they tried to leave after contract they were free to do so, however the name and the characters belonged to the studio.  So they got crap contracts every time.  But what could they do, the world new them as the Three Stooges, not an easy act to give up.  The REAL FUCK in the ass for them was T.V.  When televison hit the scene they got nothing, the studio was now making hundreds of millions off advertising by running re-runs of their movies on the studio's television network.  Since they were already paid for their work they got not a dime.  Now of course all that has changed.  Why shouldn't Julia Roberts make 30 million a movie if the movie is going to make 300 million world wide (if not more) and that doesn't include the hundreds of millions it's going to make in DVD sales.  Or why Seinfeld shouldn't get paid 2 million an episode when advertisers are going to pay a hundred million to the network for must see Thursday.

Now it's time for sports to pay the price.
