       The pendulum has swung way to far into the criminals favor.  Giving almost no justice to the victims or to their families.  The jails and prisons are over crowded with people who should no longer walk the planet.  Let me digress.  There is no more land to be discovered and because of that you can't kick a certain group of people out of your country or exile them.  Because where ever they go, they won't be accepted.  Hitler instead just tried to murder an entire race of  people he thought were the evil of the world even though he himself was born a Jew.   Hundreds and thousands and even  millons of them did nothing to him personally to deserve such horrible things.  So what's my point?  Whats the connection?  I believe some terrible things will start to happen if the justice system doesn't change and start taking the victims.  I believe a sort of vigilante law may start to take place in the background if the criminals of violent deadly acts aren't dealt with.  You already see it in the poor communties.  Eye for an eye kind of bullshit.  All I'm really saying here is that I'm tire of watching some two bit criminal taking a gun a putting a bullet thru the cashier of some local convient store, or fast food joint for a few bones.  It's all caught on tape and it's obvious who the killer is.  And yet it will take forever for the case to go to court and even longer for a death sentence to be carried out.  If there is absolute undeniable proof such as a video or 5 or more eye witness to the crime
