F off your IT corn hole

Int. of a bio tech company somewhere in the SF Bay Area.  The camera pans with Tha Gierk as he makes his way back to the IT managers office to discuss the latest printer repair.

ThaGierk

I'll need to go back to the shop and order the parts needed.

IT Corn Hole

How many days will it take.

ThaGierk

(Giving a stock answer passed down to him by generations of other repair techs)

3-5 working bussiness days

IT Corn Hole

I'm really getting tired of this 3-5 days crap with you guys. I expected that you guys would come in with your

vans and have the parts with you to fix my printers.  It just seems that every time you

come out you don't have the parts on hand to fix the machines.

ThaGierk

Corn Hole, you can't expect us to carry all the parts for every printer out there.

Besides when you take your car to the shop or a dealership to be fixed, don't they always

have to order the parts unless it's simple fix.

IT Corn Hole

I just expected more out of your company than this.

ThaGierk

I'll order the parts, and when they come in, I'll come back out and

install, allright.

IT Corn Hole

(being a cocksucker)

No, it's not all right, but what can I do.

STOP, right there.  This jack off is a piece of dung.  He knows I don't have the part, but yet he still digs.  Like somehow I'll just pull the parts out of my ass.  I'm fucking sorry I don't have the parts, believe me I am.  I know this clown.  I've dealt with him before.  I even looked for the part I might need before going out just so I didn't have to go thru this conversation.  So it's basically emotional blackmail.  If I don't have the part, he's going to tear into me, and if I do, well then it's just expected.  Make me feel like crap or have the part.  I used to not care what he thought.  I always just wrote him off as a dill weed.  But, he's been using our company for at least 5 years.  IF he truly didn't like our company, or the fact that we "never have the parts on hand" then he should have gone with some other company.  That is how I know he's full of shit.  He agrees to pay for the contract every year, he's the guy in charge.  If our service so bad, why doesn't he shop around for another company when the contract comes up.  As a tech that has to deal with his abusive ass I wish he would.  A contract, does not entitle a tech to be treated like a piece of garbage.  I expect to run across the unhappy customer every once in a while.  But hey, for the most part I'm out to please.  I understand some people you can never please.  However, if I felt a company wasn't doing my service the way I felt it should be done, then I would just drop them.  Once, I told this jerk that if he had a problem or wasn't happy then he should really talk to my manager or even the my boss. But he's a chicken shit coward as well.  Like a domestic wife beater who's afraid to duke it out in a bar brawl.  He'll go off on me, but won't call my manager to express his feelings.  He's reply to me was the ol yellow answer of "I'm telling you, so why would I need to call your office, I'm a busy person.  Don't have time to talk to your manager that is why I'm talking to you"  Which is again is crap, for reasons I've already stated.  He's nothing more than a ball busting prick who basically only has a problem with me.  I've told my company about this, but they still keep sending me out.  Maybe I'll just sue the guy for abusiveness.  Hire some liberal lefty lawyer from Berkeley and see what happens.  It's the California way.
